It can be but doesn't necessarily have to be. The fat content is a little higher than most protein powders, 4 grams, and it definitely keeps you full. If you are trying to lose weight, it could make a great meal replacement. But it's also suitable for muscle building, which is what I use it for. The best product!

  I don't use it as a meal replacement, but as a protein supplement to my smoothies. You could use it as an occasional "quick-on-the-go" meal but not as a regular replacement. It's easy to digest and for me, has none of my normal allergens.

  To me this is basically just a protein supplement. It only has 150 calories and does not contain fruits or vegetables in the powdered form. I always add fruits or vegetables to my meal with this.

  It's more of just a protein shake, not a full meal. Adding it to a smoothie with some fruit and healthy fats would make it into more of a lasting and filling meal.

  I make a smoothie with this protein powder, frozen strawberries and milk for breakfast. It tastes great, and I don't get hungry until about 11:30/12:00.

I love the drinks too so I bought the powder. It does NOT taste like the drinks. The stevia is very pronounced and I ended up giving it to my brother because I just didn't enjoy it. If stevia or diet products are your thing, you'd probably be fine with this. If you expect it to taste like the drinks, you will be disappointed.

  No, it has stevia in it. I also notice that recently they started adding stevia to the liquid. If you are okay with stevia, they are very similar. I am not opposed to organic stevia; I just do not care for the taste. I wish manufacturers would let the consumer decide how much and which sweetener we prefer.

  No, it doesn't taste the same as the drinks. It is good though and better than other powders. I switched over to using the powder most of the time and the drinks for on the go times. They sell the powder in a larger size at my Costco.

  I would say no. It's texture is not smooth like the shakes. And they changed the Vanilla powder and it's a very grainy texture now that I can't even drink any longer.

like. It tastes very good even mixes with just water and ice.

  I haven't tried the ready made drinks but this protein powder is really good. Doesn't have the weird after taste most proteins do... It's my favorite.

  I challenge you to eliminate all gluten containing foods for 1 week. It's like magic for bringing your acne problems to a head (pun intended!) But really - it works, no gluten = no acne anywhere on your body!

  Seriously? I really don't think this product causes acne. It's organic plant proteins, cocoa, and natural sweetener. Acne is a result of dirt and bacteria trapped skin pores.

  Haven't used it too often but never noticed any acne issues. I would suggest that you take shower immediately after your workout to avoid acne issues.

  To me it hasnt cause any acne problem, and I have being taken it daily for the last 8 months and no sign of acne.

  It may cause acne if you are sensitive to chocolate and chocolate causes you to get acne.

  A balanced diet helps you lose weight. Protein is a good snack replacement. Or pre work drink.
