Best Answer:  It is not recommended to use this supplement with a pre-workout. It can be used in place of a pre-workout as there is an overlap in many ingredients found in most pre-workouts.

Best Answer:  Because it is a stimulant. It will keep you awake if you plan to go to sleep that night. It gives A LOT of energy. that’s all. nothing really to it. you can consume it after 5pm and be fine. not sure when you will hit the sheets though. hope this helps! i’ve been using it for a year. it works well. and boosts my metabolism. i always burn way more calories when i drink this. 2 scoops in the AM before any food.
