Use consistently with diet and exercise
I am a fan of this product. When I take it consistently, and eat well, it makes a difference. I lose more fat when I use this product vs. just diet and exercise alone. I only use 1 or 2 doses of one capsule per day since any more than that can trigger my anxiety, but even that smaller amount helps.

Changed Formula
I have been using Hydroxycut for years and even had a regular subscription. However, the delivery I received in September had a changed packaging and a changed formula. Taking half of the recommended dosage I usually did and I had heart palpitations. I tried to return it, but could not because it was past their 30 day return. Definitely will not be buying again.

Upset stomach
It upsets my stomach but no returns were accepted due to Covid. For the period of time I utilized it, the unit thing I noticed was an energy increase. No weight loss sadly.

It works !
I've been using Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite off and on for 24 years when necessary, and it works every time. In less than six weeks, I've lost 18 pounds and two inches off my stomach, without any exercise.
Check with your doctor first if you have any Heart \ Circulatory problems, or can't take caffeine jitters.

Convenient online pickup
Although it was convenient to order online I bought another bottle in store at a cheaper price. When I ordered I online I also used an online coupon and it was still cheaper in store.

They're ok
You start off pretty hot and heavy with this stuff, but as with everything else...expect it to dwindle down after the 2nd week or so....although I only take 1 a day, not the indicated 3.

More than an appetite suppressant, I use it to give me energy. I can focus better and enhance my studying as well as get things done around the house.

WOW! First Impression
So mind you it's only been 4 days of me using this product.
First I have to say that I drink coffee religiously every morning, however since taking these I have NOT had one cup of coffee.
The energy that this product gives you is insane...even puts you in an good mood...lol.
So far I've noticed that I have been dropping ponds in such a sort time (I am eating clean and working out 5-6 days a week. Very important if you want to see any results with or without these).
As recommending I drink 10+ glasses of water daily.
I take these 30-45 minutes before breakfast and lunch.
I'm only taking 1 twice a day so far and I feel that is enough for me at the moment. Maybe in another week I'll go up to 2 and 1 as instructed on the label.

When taking these it is extremely important to follow directions and don't go crazy taking what your body can't handle because of some insane weight loss goal.

Best Answer:  Regarding supplementation, always speak with a physician before use.
Try to be careful and start with low dosage to see your body's reaction, then you could increase dosage up to the recommended one (according to the product's label). If suspect of any disfuction in the nervous system, heart problems, etc please avoid using this product

Best Answer:  I've experienced a very noticeable increase in energy, alertness and focus as well as have lost 12 pounds in a couple of months. I'm limited physically by recent surgery this winter so I can't exercise but I need to lose a bunch of weight. I would recommend this product for other women. Follow the dosing schedule exactly but if you find it "too much" you can always roll back to only one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Best Answer:  I looked for any contraindications that this should not be taken with antidepressants (so my hubby could take this too) but haven't seen anything that says you should not. As always, ask your prescribing doctor but I doubt s/he'd tell you no.

Best Answer:  I have always used Hydroxycut products because it's been around for so long. Whether that's good enough to deem it "safe" is up to each of us but I wouldn't change to another brand. I can tell you that it works. My runs are faster and longer (I'm a marathon runner), I have more stamina in the gym (also a personal trainer) so the work I put in seems produce better results. I only take this within a couple hours of a workout and only once a day - less than the recommended. I basically use it as a tool. The Elite definitely has a kick to it - might want to start with the regular tablets if you're unsure. Good luck!
