Worth the money
Definitely helped with my hot flashes and sweats. I still have hot flashes but the intensity and sudden inferno feeling is gone. My mood is better. Cramps are less intense as well. Been taking this for 6 months. No side effects.

This vitamin is definitely helping with my sweating and my mood. The intermittent sweating has decreased in frequency and how long it tends to last. My mood was actually positive before starting my period which is unusual for me bc I'm typically extra emotional. Plan on buying more! Thx
