Directions

Mix 1 scoop in 8-12 ounces of cold water. Consume 20-30 minutes before your workout. Start with 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed more than 1 scoop per day.

Contains 388mg of caffeine per serving or about as much caffeine as 4 cups of coffee. Avoid using with other caffeinated products or if you are sensitive to caffeine because caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heartbeat. Immediately discontinue use and contact your physician if any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Exposure to moisture or heat may cause powder to clump or harden. Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight, humidity and high temperatures. Replace lid securely after use. This product contains a silica gel pack. Do not eat. My go to

Have tried many pres over the years and have continued to try new ones, I keep coming back to Kaged elite. Gives me the best and most focused feeling, keep hitting PRs and tastes great. Most pres get a weird chalky taste and Kaged never has had that issue

Best Pre-workout on the market!

Where to start with this pre-workout? Personally, its the best I've every used. Ive used many, but this is the most complete by far. Additionally, the quality of the ingredients is premium grade-A!!!
You will not regret using this pre, stock up now !!!
