Most pre-workouts are so full of stimulants that they do little more than hijack your central nervous system, often causing jitters, overstimulation, and leave you feeling mentally scattered. Pre-Kaged Sport has changed the game. By providing a thoughtfully formulated combination of organic caffeine, beta-alanine, electrolytes and other performance factors, every scoop helps you achieve peak athletic performance without pushing you over the edge.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 8 - 12 ounces of water, 20 to 30 minutes before workout.

Tastes amazing ?? I needed a slightly less potent pre workout as I was getting stomach problems from some of the other popular ones. This one has clean ingredients and fits the bill for the gym with 2 scoops. Plus the added electrolytes and magnesium make it my go to drink now. Love it!

Awesome product
Helps me focus, love this product. Decided to go to the Kage Elite for more of a pump. This product is good for beginners in workout. Trust me you won't regret it.

Flavor is good
I guess I'll start with the positive, the flavor is good and I do get a tingle but other than that doesn't seem like much else. I don't think I should be yawning during my workouts but at least it doesn't keep me up at night when i take it late

I love it!
I tried every pre workout out there RYSEGODZILLA, HD, PRE-JYM, BUCKED UP. This one seems to be my favorite. It gives me good energy, i love the itchiness feeling. I also love that it only has 188mg of caffeine. I don't need anything above 200mg. 10/10 (i'm a female)
