DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Taking one-half [1/2] scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of water, 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one [1] level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. Important: During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by Beta-Alanine.

Need more flavors

Pretty good pre workout. I wish the vitamin shoppe would have me flavors like ones that's on transparent labs website. I've seen green apple, typical punch, orange, sour grapes and cherry splash.

It's ok

I got the blue raspberry favor. I take qtr doses because it does make me itch. And it does have a bit of an after taste to me. However is does give you energy and is an ok flavor.

Get ready to sweat!!

This makes me very nauseous and I will throw up IF I take a full scoop, half a scoop works perfect for me with slight nausea but once I start my workout it goes away. I think is a me problem not the product itself. I'm not a small girl but I'm not a big girl either, I would say I am average. So far, I like it the taste is refreshing on a hot day with ice cold water. I like that there's no chucks at the bottom like other pre workouts. GET READY TO SWEAT! I'm a sweaty girl already but this has me really sweating!

Still drink it every other day.

Excellent pre workout... Keeps you numb and helps push the limit., just right with the amount of caffeine.. Great taste. It does help you lose weight. I lost 15 pounds since I got on it 2 months ago and I don't exercise every day. So it worked for me. If your new to beta alanine.. yes expect tingling and some flushing on skin.. but after normal use with time you get use to it.

Don't buy it

Horrible taste, I wouldnt buy it again. As a matter of fact I can't finish my package, have to buy something else
