Each capsule contains 518mg of pure Korean Red Ginseng powder; there are no additives or fillers.

    Directions

    Steep contents of one capsule in a cup of boiling water. Honey or other sweetener may be added to taste.

    Best Answer:  I have always just swallowed the capsules with good results. I do know that some of the liquid ginseng that is available can have an unpleasant flavor.
