It Works for me!
I am HIV+ and I take this not as often as I should but it has worked GREAT with me. It's convenient, taste good to me and it works for me. It gives me energy and it helps with me blood count. I was non detected for years but I slipped and now have a little of detection so now I will be buying this product again to put me back to where I belong. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Tastes Awful!
I purchased this because I was looking for something I could take to give me more energy. I work 40 hours a week and my commute is typically about an hour each way with traffic, so it can be really difficult to find the energy to drag myself to the gym after sitting in traffic in both directions and having been at work for 8 hours. This product is what the salesperson at the store recommended to me. The price is definitely good, but then you realize you're supposed to take one vile of this stuff per day (and a box comes with 10 viles), so in order to have enough on hand to take every day, you'd have to buy several boxes (or keep going back to the store to get more). Unfortunately the taste of this stuff literally made me feel sick; I was pretty much gagging while trying to drink it through the little straws that come in the box. I had to get a glass of water to try and wash it down, but even that didn't help. While the viles are small, I found that it did take me a really long time to get through the whole thing because the taste was so bad that I could only take small sips. On top of that, I didn't notice a huge difference in my energy, so it doesn't seem worth it to me -- although maybe you have to take it for a while before noticing any difference. I think I'll try a different form of ginseng e.g. a capsule and/or tea and bypass this nasty liquid!

Best Answer:  I have used this for years--not everyday--during stress or under the weather.--at least two vials a day--also when I need energy when I'm working outside if gives you a good boost--no jitters, all healthy--If I needed to take it long term I would take at least two a day. Hope this helps :)
