Directions

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily with food or protein to support optimal health. For exercise/training take 1 serving (1 capsule) per 100 pounds of body weight. Take 30 to 60 minutes prior to training with 6oz of water or beverage of choice.

Everything in just one capsule.
I like that the daily dose is only one per day. Many supplements daily doses can be as many as four per day. This makes it easier to stick with it consistently.

Working I Think
I started to take this a little over a month ago and I've definitely seen the difference in recovery after gym days. I can't say if it's 100% this product, of if it's a combination of this and everything else I've been taking, but I have definitely noticed a difference since starting it.

i will forever buy this product, no matter what.
never have i ever felt so good, with slow recovery and how amazing my endurance is lately, i feel like a kid again with more energy while im working out. i get to push it more than before with 3 more sets on top of my original work out now. cant get any better than that

Best Answer:  Can be taken as a capsule or you can open the caps and put into juice
It should be taken with a fruit juice I was reading
It will give you more strength but you need allot of water
Drink lots of water with it that is very important
