Use half teaspoon 2x daily in smoothie
Great anti inflammatory. Tastes like lawn stuck under mower deck, use just half tea spoon in smoothie and cannot taste it. But oh gosh do not use in a tea etc., or be close to the sink if you try that, ugh, nasty. Yes I use it every day or I'll eat all day. Ugh, just the thought just made me gag. Seems to curb hunger drive so after adding it weight loss easier
