Works for me
I definitely notice when I don’t take this for a few days. My stream is weak and I don’t empty my bladder. Has become hard to find in my local VS store unfortunately.

Allows me to sleep through the night.
After a couple of days of taking the Pygeum I found that I was no longer waking up at night to use the toilet. Now I waken at 6:00 a.m. feeling rested.

Appears to be Beneficial for Prostate!
I purchased Pygeum along with Saw Palmetto and Beta Sitosterol, after reading that it was found to be effective in helping with enlarged prostate problems. I found the combination to be extremely helpful, seeing notable improvements in 12 hours after taking the first dose. Highly recommend this product in combination with the others indicated for guys who are experiencing prostate problems along with the typical symptoms of frequent/painful urination, sleepless nights due to so many trips to the bathroom and prostate pain.
