Directions

Mix one (1) scoop with 8-12 fl oz of water and drink 30 minutes prior to training. Based off of gym performance, you may wish to increase your intake to two (2) scoops.

Great Pump Without Caffeine
This product is excellent for anyone who is sensitive to caffeine or already uses caffeine from another source. Since RAW Pump is non-stim, I can stack it with my own caffeine (or use it completely stim-free) and still get great results in the gym. It delivers solid pumps, better muscle fullness, and improved workout performance without jitters, crashes, or overstimulation. I feel focused and energized purely from the pump support. This is a great option if you want performance benefits without relying on stimulants.

My personal experience
I tested Raw Nutrition Pump and Pump 2 across several workouts to give them a fair shot. Unfortunately, neither product gave me any noticeable pump, focus, or mood elevation. The formulas look solid on paper, but in practice they didn't translate into performance for me. If you're looking for a real pump or a mental push, this might not be the best option.
Everyone responds differently, but my experience was underwhelming. Pump RTD is good though lol

Middle of the Road
I've tried quite a few non stim pre workouts and this has been the first let down. The taste is sub par and the effect is minimal. I would skip it and stick to Big Noise by RedCon1 or Kaged.
