According to instructions on the bottle, it is recommended to be kept in cool, dry space that is 73 degrees or lower. I keep in the refrigerator, because I keep my home temperature higher than 73.

When I first saw this product on a PBS special, I recall hearing that it was not necessary to refrigerate. For a different brand that I used to buy at doctor's office, it was stressed to always to keep that one refrigerated because of the live cultures.

If in doubt, refrigerate.

In the past when I have ordered the Ultimate Flora Senior Formula 30 Billion specifically said to store the bottle in the refrigerator, the last order that I received came in individual foil packaged sleeve that stated it did not have to be refrigerator due to the newer type of packaging but it did say in the hot summer, guess if you don't have AC, then it would be best to put in the refrigerator

It is good to store it in a dark cool spot, but not in the fridge. Most places I buy it, it is on the shelf. I think some stores want to keep all the probiotics together in one place for ease of shopping, because some probiotics do need to be in a fridge.

No, it will be fine on your counter or in your cabinet. I have used this probiotic for
several years and it is a wonderful product.

I do keep the suppplement in the frig- just in case. I have not seen it stated anywhere that it is necessary to do so.

I keep mine in the refrigerator. The bottle says to keep below 73 F. It also says best kept in frig.

I store mine in the frig. By the way it's a fabulous product and has helped my digestive issues.

I keep mine in the refrigerator so the Probiotics will last longer.

  yes, it is best.

My husband and I have been using this product for several months on a regular basis. We have never experienced any side effects. We believe this to be one of the best probiotics on the market.

On the contrary I have experienced hard stools with this product when I take high dosages of antibiotics specially under IV therapy

I use this and have never had a problem. Perhaps your body just has to adjust to it.

No have not had any issues

  Never!

I take the 30 billion because I have a really
sensitive stomach and have colitis. A young lady
at my health food store recommended the 30 Billion
along with a good yogurt each day. These two items
are my very "good friends." If you are having lots
of problems, you could take the 50 and if no serious
problems, but just want a healthy stomach, then I
would choose the 20 Billion. I personally thing the
30 Billion is a happy medium and it has helped me
so much. Hope this helps.

I've tried 30 and 50 billion. I honestly don't know which one to get. I've done research on the internet and can't find any recommendations. I would recommend trying the 30 billion since it's in between 20 & 50. I know that's not a very scientific answer.

My age, I am 70 yrs old so I take the Senior formula. I believe everyone should take a probiotic just to keep your tummy in check. I also take Ultimate Flora 100 Billion for healthy digestion and regularity.
