at the store it's stored in the cooler ? does it need to be that way at home ?

Best Answer: According to instructions on the bottle, it is recommended to be kept in cool, dry space that is 73 degrees or lower. I keep in the refrigerator, because I keep my home temperature higher than 73.

When I first saw this product on a PBS special, I recall hearing that it was not necessary to refrigerate. For a different brand that I used to buy at doctor's office, it was stressed to always to keep that one refrigerated because of the live cultures.

If in doubt, refrigerate.

Best Answer: My husband and I have been using this product for several months on a regular basis. We have never experienced any side effects. We believe this to be one of the best probiotics on the market.

How do you decide which one to take...20 Billion - 30 Billion - 50 Billion....what is the determining factor?

Best Answer: I take the 30 billion because I have a really
sensitive stomach and have colitis. A young lady
at my health food store recommended the 30 Billion
along with a good yogurt each day. These two items
are my very "good friends." If you are having lots
of problems, you could take the 50 and if no serious
problems, but just want a healthy stomach, then I
would choose the 20 Billion. I personally thing the
30 Billion is a happy medium and it has helped me
so much. Hope this helps.
