Directions

7-Day Colon and Gut Detox and Cleanse

The supplement states it was manufactured in the United States though it is not 3rd party tested or GMP for purity and quality of ingredients, which is a major negative for supplements. I do not know where the ingredients were actually sourced, though is loaded with a heightened variety of them. Many of the ingredients you would want in your system and part of your regular diet. I would suggest taking additional natural supplements in case of bloating, gas or diarrhea, which would realistically occur with a 7-day cleanse. The supplement has a lot of potential tho 3rd party tested and GMP-certified really is needed.

Does work

Does work! Drink a lot of water!!!!! You will go to the bathroom. Does make me feel less bloated. But after a while it feels like it don't work no more.

Fresh product, no side effects

The supplement arrived fresh in a perfectly sealed bottle. The capsules are all intact, without spills or residue. They are of a smaller size, not difficult to swallow. Upon taking them there is no after taste and I have had no side effects. I have ordered this formula as part of my daily wellness arsenal and I continue to feel great!

7 day cleansing

This supplement worked for me almost in the last day where I was able to go to poop twice a day. The pills are easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste. I like that this supplement has a nice blend of fiber, herbs, seeds, etc. The bottles has 180 pills and that is a two month supply. Made in the USA.

Initially potent, but faded over time

This was very potent when I first did the cleanse. It seems that each subsequent cleanse gets less effective. Its possible that I've taken care of the lowest hanging fruit, and that each successive gain will be harder to achieve. Its an ok pill to swallow, not too great tasting, but you shouldn't have to taste it if taken correctly.

It works

It works fairly quickly. But I made the mistake thinking oh it's pineapple flavored it should but fine to drink alone. Big mistake! It's ?? nasty!! I added my drink mix to it and that made it 98x better. No diarrhea solids only. I'm on day 3. I don't notice a change in my energy maybe that change tomorrow. But so far it's worth it. It's settles on the bottom quickly but if you ever eaten sea moss gel same thing.good value for my money.

Effective Cleanse, but Be Prepared

No difference, not gluten free

These may or may not work. I literally noticed zero difference and this "detox" didn't do anything for me. No issues, also no real impact. Maybe my gut was already clean? Bummed because it's not gluten free, so my husband could't try it out.

Works

This Sea Moss 7 day colon and gut detox cleanse is pretty good. I tried it in the capsule form and the bottle comes with 180 capsules with a recommended serving size of 3 capsules. They recommend 2 servings daily in the morning and the afternoon for about 7-10 days for maximum effectiveness so you get about 3-4 weeklong cleanses in a bottle.There are a lot of nutrients and minerals and some other good ingredients in it that promote overall health for your organs. The capsules are easy to swallow with water and there is no bad taste. These are made in the USA, are vegetarian, and soy and dairy-free. I would recommend giving these a try!

Defiantly works...

If you want a detox, this is what you need. It works a little to good if you ask me. The biggest problem I have, besides how well this works, is the taste. You defiantly need something that has a strong flavor if you want to take this. It has the worst, strongest taste and it doesnt go away. If you can handle that (and the constant need for the bathroom) then this is a good idea for you.
