Put away the Flonase this does the trick. I try to incorporate holistic solutions whenever possible and SinuOrega works incredibly well in place of seasonal allergy medications I have used. The advantage is you can use it as needed vs hoping what you used clears everything up. After using for a few days you can feel and breathe the difference.
