Spectro multi -vitamin
I think it is a reasonable good multi vitamin.
Taking a lot of other vitamins also makes it is hard to judge, a lot of the results depends on how the body absorbs and uses the vitamins. I trust that it is good quality, because most of your other vitamins are good too.

When I ordered it I ordered it with other vitamins on line. The Luteineyes did not come in the order, so reported it and a week later it showed up so that was nice.

Multiple vitamin
We have used the solaray vitamin for a number of years. The soft capsule is good for breakdown of the nutrients into the digestive system. A hard pill sits in your stomach undigested.

Awesome Supplement
Solaray spectro multivitamin is a very good supplement. I have been taking the iron free for years. Since the pandemic it has been hard to find. I finally tracked one down with an increase in the price but it's worth it.
