Can you drink coffee in the morning and then take this in the afternoon before a workout?

Best Answer:  Honestly I have no idea as I do not drink coffee at all. I am sure you could try it. At worst it it would increase your heart rate.

It says 1 capsule = a serving.  Each serving of 1 pill = 300mg of caffiene.  It says take 4 pills per day = 1200mg of caffiene per day?!  3xs the recommended adult max.  Also, thats a ton of B vitamins especially as Cyanocobalamin which is the synthetic form, no?

Best Answer:  Serving size is incorrect and should be 4 capsules. Have escalated to be updated on web page. All four capsules would be 300mg of caffeine.
