I take 2 caps with a meal twice a day. They are easy to swallow, don't give you an aftertaste and they are good for the heart. I don't have any negative comments on this product!

The Best!
I always buy Kyolic garlic. The quality is the best! There is no burping up garlic and no garlic smell seeping through my pores. I read that eating garlic keeps mosquitoes off of you, since I've been taking these 2 to 3 times a day I'm not bothered by mosquitoes! Then again I'm not always around alot of mosquitoes. But I've never been bitten. Price is the best at Vitamin Shoppe. And you can get Kyolic garlic with other ingredients like Lecithin etc.

Kyolic Garlic
This is a great garlic capsule. I tried many different types - they all caused me to smell of garlic - this is the only brand that does not cause me to smell of garlic. It might be a little more costly than some brands; but by far it is the best. There is also no aftertaste in your mouth after swallowing. Vitamin Shoppe also always has the best price for this product. We have been buying it here for over 7 years.

Best Answer:  I don't know if Kyolic is helpful for folks with high cholesterol, but I can say that my husband has taken it faithfully for years, and he hasn't had a cold for many years. I'm sorry that this isn't the answer that you are looking for.
