Directions

Not a good substitute for Grapefruit, which is out of stock at VS. Bad side effects
I really did not like this. I only bought because it contains grapefruit extract, which I have used a long time from VS, and they are out of stock. I took half of the recommended dose. Very soon after had diarrhea and painful extreme bloating. I read up on the ingredients, an both Pau D'Arco and Caprylic Acid can cause this. Not for me. Please, Vitamin Shoppe, bring back the plain Grapefruit.

Seems good
Tried this cause it seems harmless enough and I haven't been to a doctor to be sure my yeasts are out my balance. It does seem to help my skin, but still struggling with toe nails. Seems to flare up when I run out.

Somewhat misleading
I just purchased a bottle of this stuff today 07/18/24 from your Avondale location & it now comes in a different looking bottle & also with a new formula that no longer includes tea tree oil! Your website needs to be updated to reflect these changes...

Excellent product

It worked for me... I'm actually surprised.
Worked great! Was skeptical on the whole Candida overgrowth thing to be honest. Well, it was real! This helped get me back balance and the symptoms I thought were from more serious ailments disappeared (I also cleaned up my diet during the cleanse). Worked great for my situation.

Best Answer:  Yes it does.. I had used a similar product until recently that you do not carry any more with same ingredients... I am not so happy that you don't carry it but this stuff seems a good substitute.. I take one a day and never have infection issues since I started .. at least 5 years ago..
I would suggest if an active infection, take three or four a day until gone ..then once a day as prevention.. I am not a Dr.. just speaking from experience..

Best Answer:  I have used this product several times and never had any problems, however it isn’t meant to be used constantly. If you are unsure about it’s safety or effectiveness consult a naturopathic doctor
