Not a good substitute for Grapefruit, which is out of stock at VS. Bad side effects
I really did not like this. I only bought because it contains grapefruit extract, which I have used a long time from VS, and they are out of stock. I took half of the recommended dose. Very soon after had diarrhea and painful extreme bloating. I read up on the ingredients, an both Pau D'Arco and Caprylic Acid can cause this. Not for me. Please, Vitamin Shoppe, bring back the plain Grapefruit.

Tried this cause it seems harmless enough and I haven't been to a doctor to be sure my yeasts are out my balance. It does seem to help my skin, but still struggling with toe nails. Seems to flare up when I run out.

Somewhat misleading
I just purchased a bottle of this stuff today 07/18/24 from your Avondale location & it now comes in a different looking bottle & also with a new formula that no longer includes tea tree oil! Your website needs to be updated to reflect these changes...

  Yes it does.. I had used a similar product until recently that you do not carry any more with same ingredients... I am not so happy that you don't carry it but this stuff seems a good substitute.. I take one a day and never have infection issues since I started .. at least 5 years ago.. I would suggest if an active infection, take three or four a day until gone ..then once a day as prevention.. I am not a Dr.. just speaking from experience..

  I do find this product helpful with yeast infections. I used to use a product with similar ingredients that was discontinued so I switched to this one. Follow the instructions on the bottle and limit your sugar intake (that feeds the yeast), and you will likely get some relief.

  I never had any issues with it. I did try the amount said on the bottle but had to drop it to two tablets a day. Still had good results though.

Best Answer:  I have used this product several times and never had any problems, however it isn’t meant to be used constantly. If you are unsure about it’s safety or effectiveness consult a naturopathic doctor
