Biotin is a water-soluble B-vitamin. It helps to promote healthy skin, nails and hair, and is necessary for certain enzymes to work properly. Biotin also supports energy production in the body, and is erquired for protein, carbohydrate, and fat metabolism.

Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

My Biotin
I have taken Biotin for sometime now. I believe that I have taken .5 mg, your strength is 1000 mcg. I don’t know how to change to mcg. Is that a similar dosage? This is not a testimonial, but a question. But, I believe in taken biotin and that tells you that I believe in it.
