Love the results and taste!
I'm in menopause and noticed a lot of breakage. So I decided to try this because of the pouches. I notice within a couple weeks of taking it that my breakage had stopped and my hair has really grown. I love the flavor and haven't needed to mix it with anything. The price on here you can't find anywhere else.

So disgusting. I have to chase it something else that is strong tasting like mushroom coffee or Root Beer! And the fact that i am paying this much for only a 2 week supply is ridiculous! Im returning to store as soon as i can. Will stick to capsules

I've been taking this for about a month. I'm starting to see baby hairs. The taste is OK it's good when you mix it with oatmeal . I would definitely buy this again. I wish there were other flavors. But this is OK. Thank you, Maryruth. I appreciate everything your company does and stands for.

Tastes so good, my favorite ????
Soooo delicious! My hair and nails are longer and stronger though I do supplement with other items as well. I would prefer it in a bottle form vs the packs for daily use. Packs are very handy for travel/on the go.
