It definitely strengthen mine!! I wore my hair in braids for the summer and it grew so much with the presence of Biotin, I would suggest taking MSM also to lengthen your hair cycle also. However, if you have acne prone skin MSM might make you break out. My nails also grew A LOT longer, I was not even trying to grow my nails out and now I have fantastic nails and hair

  Hi Peggy, Since I started using this product my nails have become much stronger. As for my hair, it's hard to tell because I take medication for a thyroid condition but I feel taking it can't hurt. Hope this helps.

  Sulfur is not listed as an ingredient , so I assume there is none.

  I'm on my 2nd bottle of 10,000 MCG Biotin. My nails are stronger, but I still can't say about my hair. I already have long hair which is totally white. I'm just trying to maintain it because once the hair changes like mine did over the years it does become finer and seems not as thick. Hang in and keep using it. Sometimes it just takes a little longer for some of us to see results. I hope this helps.

  Hi Lawrence, I take Biotin 10,000 because I started to see thin areas above my temples. I used to take a lower dose of Biotin but didn't really see results. I never had bald patches so I can't say that it would work, but I did see (by taking the 10,000 MCG dose) new growth in those areas. It doesn't happen overnight so be patient and give it a month or two. I hope this helps :-) Good luck!!!

  Got your question regarding the Biotin 10000 mcg. I started taking it two years ago to stop my hair loss, and it has definitely slowed down the process, but the hair that was already lost has not grown back. I believe the Biotin is really just a preventative, it doesn't make hair grow back, it just stops the loss from happening so quickly. Good luck!

  OK I will try taking more of my 1000 biotin,! after buy 100000 bioton. I will try to wait. tell me this what is the best brand, my frist brand was selgar and the pills were yellow, but run out and brought a defferent brand buy one get one free, but the bottle of those biotin was white pills?

  Try taking Biotin paired with MSM, or Maxi hair w/biotin is great too
