Yes it does nails also my hair is growing like a weed! It was brittle from all the blow drying, perms, and hair dyes. I didn't think I would ever have long hair again! Take it every day!

  I have notice a change in my hair, it hasn't thicken my hair but I am seeing some growth I've only be using it for a short time.

My dermatologist knows that I have a thyroid condition, yet she suggested I take the supplement.

  been using the vitamin shoppe biotin for over a yr now. its wonderful. you'll notice a big change in hair skin and nails with in two to three months. although, not sure if its the right one for you, i always find at any time you can ask for help. my personal feeling is everyone who works for them are very knowledgeable. good luck

  It is a high dose but useful if your nails are weak, have problem skin, or hair is falling out. It is good for metabolism. I had a deficiency of this B vitamin and others and I take 5000 mcc's. Just use your judgement as to the dosage. I should probably take 10,000 mcc's : )
