Directions

Works great.
I chose Calcium Citrate because I've read it absorbs the quickest. (I tried the liquid but found the taste disgusting and it's too acidy). I chose this brand due to the ingredients and I like the light blocking, glass bottle.

I started supplementing with calcium due to obvious deficiency symptoms despite blood tests being normal and trying to eat and drink foods that were high in these minerals such as goat milk, almond milk, coconut milk and greens. My worst problem is muscle aches from being in the same position too long at the most inconvienent times. I'd actually get a "charlie horse" in my hands if I had to drive for longer than an hour or typing too much at work. My hands, feet or legs would just cramp and get stuff and hurt.

After taking this product, I no longer had any of these problems and when I go a few days without taking them they come back. I don't even take it in any special way. I just pop 5 capsulses at night with a small amount of food. I hope I don't need this forever but in the meantime..it is working for me.

Taking for peaceful sleep
I have been taking this at night to help with sleep for about 6 months or more. I take all 5 tablets at dinner or later. I also take a GABA tablet at this time to help with sleep. I would say these tablets also help with relaxing muscles related to not being constipated. I have noticed any stomach issues related to taking 5 tablets at once, along with my other supplements/vitamins.
