It is offered in oil-based softgels to promote optimal absorption and assimilation. This product contains 670 mg of Vitamin E. This can also be measured as 1000 IU.

Directions

Better brands are available.

Expensive, other brands less so. Plus, used to use their Citrus Bioflavinoids, until they put a terrible tasting coating on them. Contacted Solgar, made no difference. No longer a fan of this brand.
