Needed to find vitamins without minerals. (Was told to discontinue previous multi vitamins because of the calcium) This is the only product I found that met the requirement. Was feeling very weak and tired after surgery and started taking this product. Definite improvement after starting. I recommend it to anyone that needs to control mineral intake, but wishes to continue vitamins.

I take two of these vitamin tablets each day. I have a chronic illness and they help me look less pale and have a small, but worthwhile feeling of wellness. And they are easy to digest since they do not have minerals.

I really like this product, as it allows me to choose my own multi-mineral. I have not found a totally all-in-one that fits my needs, but this is 1/2 of the picture!

Best Answer:  Well, I hadn't really thought about it too much before buy I took several of the pills and looked at them under my Ott lamp. It is obvious that they are composed of many different things. Not all of them are the same color, so yes, at times there are reddish, darker yellow and sometimes tiny brown spots.

I have been taking these for several months with no noticeable ill affects.

Best Answer:  Please see the Supplement Facts-this particular multivitamin does NOT have iron. As I am not anemic, nor suffer from an iron-deficiency, I chose this particular vitamin so I don't take in too much iron (can be deadly). If you're unsure if you should be taking a multivitamin without iron, speak with your doctor. I hope this is helpful. Have a great day & good health to you!
