Why the pyridoxine?
Why do you guys have to put B6 and everything? Also the pyridoxine form of B6 is not good for you. For some reason you put it in everything.

People don’t know this about Taurine!
This is an excellent brand. I take it at night and get no leg cramps. It is the only thing that keeps me from getting them. Not many people seem to be aware of this anti-cramping effect. I take taurine every night before bed!

Never had that bottle
I never had that specific bottle, but I assume it's the same since the brand is the exact same. Only problem is that it's a bit pricey and I'm not sure what it does.Been taking them for like 6 months now, and I don't notice much... Honestly, there's not much evidence of how much we need of this so called Taurine, but if it helps anxiety, we'll see. So far, kinda

Excellent product.
I purchased this to use with Magnesium for anxiety and to help me sleep. It doesn't help me sleep. But nothing does besides actual sleep aids. But when taken with magnesium, it really helps calm my anxiety. This is something that is a must for me. This brand has actually seemed more effective to me than some others. So I am happy to stick with this.

A Problem with Capsules
The problem I have with this product is not the animo acid itself, but with the packaging the powder comes in: to wit, the capsules.

I set up my meds for an entire week, then take the appropriate med at the appropriate time of day. After the first day, the capsules come apart, leaving all the other meds for that time period covered in a white powder (which, by the way, has a particularly nasty taste — that's why it's in a capsule).

Both halves of the now-open capsule are present, each with some of the powder inside. Since some (perhaps most) of the product is in the pill container, I have no idea how much dosage I am getting; I can only be sure that it is below that which has been recommended to me by a medical professional. How much below? No way to tell, without quantitative analysis techniques and equipment.
