Directions

Day 1: Take four (4) capsules in the evening with a full glass of water. Day 2 through 7: Take four (4) capsules in the morning with a full glass of water and four (4) capsules in the evening with a full glass of water. For best results, drink a minimum of 8-10 glasses of water per day.

If I could go lower on the rating I would but this product shouldn't even be sold. It's not like the original 7 day cleaner, I get a nauseating feeling and groggy feeling after taking it I had to stop taking it

Wipe out the craving for sugar and feel amazing ?I'm glad I did this to kick start the weight I need to lose I gained after surgery. Wiped out my sugar cravings

i feel great
i'm on day three and i feel good. I had a large bowel movement yesterday and it was gentle and easy. no cramps. i'm going a juice fast with this and have not had any food. i feel good and haven't felt weak at all, and i'm on day three of just water and fresh squeezed juice from my juicer. i also added sea moss. i feel great and lost 5 piunds

Contains Nuts shells. HARD Cleansing.
I have NEVER felt so horrible in my entire life. I took the pills as directed the first and second day. Third day 2am I woke up out of sleep because I felt nauseous. Went to the restroom and realized it was more than that. My stomach was on FIRE. The cramps were horrible and I?ve had 4 children. I swear this was worse than labor. I know my system is pretty clean because I eat TONS of greens and have regular movements.

To top that, I have a pretty horrible nut allergy. I read the bottle on the store which is pretty difficult because it?s small white writing on a bright orange label and didn?t see any allergy warnings. I read it again day 2 it has WALNUT shells. Dear, God come get me now. Yea, this was my fault because I didn?t see it.

I couldn?t continue with the product because I was so sick but in the process, I had nothing left in my colon. When I say HARD sweep of your digestive system I mean HARD sweep.

Doesnt work
Similar to other reviews, my go to is The Cleaner but this was on sale so I gave it a try because the ingredients appeared very similar. Nothing happened at all. I hope I can get a refund or credit because this was a waste of money.

Not the same as the Women's 7 day Cleaner
I echo the previous reviews. I do not recommend this product if your used to taking The Cleaner. I was highly disappointed. It didnt work!! I will return asap to purchase the Womens 7 day Cleaner.
