Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 4-8 oz. of cold water or beverage of your choice, varying the amount of liquid to achieve desired taste. Consume 1 serving per day.

I believe that this stuff is great for energy and stamina
And i seen this at grocery outlet, tried it, went back to get more, then I found it at Walmart, and I'm using it every day, mixed with other stuff, tiny bit of cayenne.. just wish Walmart would keep a 90 day supply.,and more good food.

I AM IMPRESSED!!!
I have been taking the Total Beets Powder Drink for 1 Week Now, Every Day! I can see a difference in several areas and it is all GOOD! I do love the taste of the Pomegranate Berry Mix and have made it part of my morning.

I will not buy this product again.
I have tried many beet root products over the years and this one by far is the worst! The taste makes me cringe! I physically cringe after tasting this product. I made the mistake of buying two of these products as they were on the shelf at Walmart. I routinely take beet root every day in my fairly flavorless green tea in the morning. Being the thrifty man I am I will use this product only in my recovery smoothies after my long summer bike rides where the flavor will be masked by the tri berry mix, bananas, and several other things I put in my full blender volume smoothie.... Did I mention? this stuff taste horrible!

I need to stay on my game, as my workouts are demanding!
I see improvement in over all stamina. I work a 12 hour shift. The chews are really outstanding as well!

Beets the competition!
I have tried so many supplements for a much needed boost pre-workout. As the review headline suggests, this beets the competition. Also worth mentioning I don't really like beets but this is quite tasty. Love it!!

Good Value; Hold Your Nose While Drinking
If you're shopping for beet powder, chances are this wasn't your first choice. But since "Beet Mode" has gotten insanely expensive, you're looking for an alternative. First, the good:
1. It does work. It gives you energy, but not a rush like with normal pre-workout. It's very steady and helps you all the way through your routine. Mine is typically about an hour and fifteen minutes total and I still feel great at the end.
2. It is a good value at just over twenty bucks a pop.
And the bad:
1. It tastes bad. Like, punishingly bad. It gave me flashbacks of being sick a kid and having to take Robitussin. To be fair there aren't any beet products that taste "good" as that's simply the nature of the beast, but this one really makes you pay for trying to save money.
2. It has caffeine. One of the main reasons I love BeetMode is it works great with no stimulants, which is awesome as I work out in the evenings and it doesn't screw up my sleep schedule. I know this brand makes another version with no caffeine so I suppose next time around I'd have to compare that one so that it's apples-to-apples but point is BeetMode is just as good as this one yet doesn't require caffeine. Make of that what you will.
In summary I would still recommend it but with qualification.

I would buy this product again
I use this product In the morning...it does have a nice flow of energy that you can feel. Not a rush but a steady stream of energy. It does taste a bit harsh but if everything was easy we wouldn't try anything hard.
