No, on the box it says, "Herbal tea Naturally Caffeine Free."

  According to the box, no.

This is mostly a diuretic promoting urination in MY OPINION only. I get no BM relief as I have intestinal and bowel issues. This tea makes me feel lighter and more alert.

I would use this product with caution. The tea is pretty powerful, so would use in moderation. As with any detoxification, healthy eating is important, as well as keeping a structured detox plan. I followed a detox plan in late 1980's which included a cleanse, heavy liquid nutrition and daily upkeep. I still take an herbal supplement every night for proper bowel movements. Having an MD that practices alternative or total health care is really a plus, as other ailments might be at the root of the problem, including high count of bacteria in the blood. My problem was my teeth. I had a number of root canals which had not been properly done, so the tips of the roots had pockets of infection. Because the jawbone does not have enough oxygen to flush out these infections, I suffered for years with all kinds of maladies. After having the affected teeth removed, it took care if a majority of my health problems. I am 70 years old. Good health to you!!!

I continue to take a plant based herbal remedy called Experience, before bed. Before meals, I have started taking garcinia cambogia. Helps to keep pounds off. Good luck!

I only used it 2 days, but had no problems going naturally the following days/weeks.

If you take control of your diet as well.. don't expect this to be the end all.. eat and drink all you want and just drink tea.. it doesn't happen. you have to watch your diet as well.. it does help keep you cleansed..

Yes, but it has to be taken on an empty stomach and at least 1 hour before breakfast for at least three consecutive days.

No, since I didn't change my eating habits. It makes bowel movement a lot smoother & makes you less gassy & bloated.

I did not buy it to lose weight, so I don't know about that - but it does help with regularity

Somewhat, but certainly not on its own. Make sure to keep up a healthy routine.

A small amount but I assumed that was the digestion getting ready to work.

I did not experience any cramping..

I did not experience any cramping.

  No cramping really gentle tea

I have been taking it for years.. it works very well.. 2x a day is sufficient..

Day 1: nothing noticeable. Day 2: restroom!

I think it is perfectly safe for you to drink. It is natural and is isn't harsh on your system. Do not take it over seven days but you don't have to use it for seven days either. Drinks a lot of water!

I wouldn't. It messes your water and electrolyte levels so it's pretty dangerous.
