Disappointment in Availability
I loved this product; I used it for years and it works! I am very disappointed it has not been available for a long time! It seems to have become unavailable after Vitamin Shoppe was bought out and available stock was depleted. I have not been able to get any explanation or if/when it might return.

Proven to Increase Brain Function
This product is also being marketed through mail order as the "PS" pill. It is in every OTC supplement for use with ADD children to adults with too many "senior" moments. I could tell a difference with this product the first week due to its increased strength. 3 X the level found in most products. Try it and you will be quite surprised. No miraculous "Einstien" but improved memory and recall!

Definite difference First Month
I am 66 years young but, began to have senior moments, low recall, lack of vocabulary to express my thoughts, forgetfulness. I was taking a supplement with PS because it's in all over the counter ADHD supplements and brain supplements but at a much lower dose than this product.   The reason the answer to this question is important is this: due to mad-cow disease some years back, the original source of phosphatidylserine (PS) from the cerebral cortex of cows was, quite properly, no longer considered safe, and a soy-derived PS was developed. Thus, although in most instances, people would prefer to avoid soy-derived products due to allergies, in this case, a soy-based derivation is highly desirable, even mandatory. So, Vitamin Shoppe, is this PS soy-derived?

  Sharp Ps is soy derived, Sharp Ps Green is sunflower derived. The bottles I got today are the latter.
