Nursing school must have!
I've only tried the peach flavor and it's acceptable. I drink one packet in about 30 mL of water throughout the day. This and consistently getting enough sleep each night are the only things getting me through nursing school right now. I like the powder better than the caps which made me feel like I was buzzing.

It works, for me
I have been taking it for a while now. Today I took the instant form late in the afternoon, and I don't know why but it hit so hard. I was so in the zone, i had to look up the ingredients to make sure it didn't have caffeine in it.

Alpha brain improvements
I've been taking Alpha Brain for over 6 months now and I've seen a great improvement in focus and mood control. I have ADHD and tried a range of medication all of which made life feel like it was in slow motion, with Alpha Brain I've felt more in control of my focus and cognitive abilities without the slow motion effect, in addition I feel my mood is more even. Not saying this will work for everyone but I'm enjoying life with Alpha Brain.
