Our Turmeric Curcumin Minis Whole Body is made with a proprietary blend of turmeric root and extract to deliver a guaranteed minimum of 237 mg curcuminoids to support a healthy inflammation response† We include BioPerine, a patented black pepper extract that helps support the absorption of curcumin, together with cherries and berries for added nourishment.

Directions

Adults take 2 tablets daily with a beverage. May be taken any time of day, even on an empty stomach.

I've tried different brands and
I've tried different brands and their turmeric supplements. However, hands-down, MegaFood has the best! I noticed a difference within the first week in my knees. I just couldn't believe it but it's true. I tested it out against the other brands over a one to two month trial individually. I truly believe your brand makes a difference when it comes to your turmeric supplement. I absolutely would recommend it to anyone!

Bought it for myself, have an autoimmune disease, that feeds on inflammation, stress, heat, has helped keep me feeling better than worse.
Gave my Dad a bottle, has had many parts replaced. "Can tell when I forget about taking it for a couple of days " Left for a few days, forgot about packing his vitamins/supplements. Maybe Mom should help him pack next time ;)
