Helps me with aches and pains
I use various brands of turmeric depending on quality and what's on sale. This is a good quality product. I was told not to take this for 48 hours before having a procedure done (apparently it keeps blood from clotting) but the procedure got rescheduled for a week later. In not taking turmeric and fish oil for a little over a week, I really noticed aches and pains I had not had to deal with in a long while. This proved to me that these supplements are doing good for me :)

My wife and I started taking it December 2023 and after a few days my wife could tell a difference. Before I wasn't able to jog but after a month of taking it I'm now able to run and jog 2 miles in 25 minutes or less. We love it

mykind Organics Extra Strength Turmeric
I find taking the tablets more convenient then using a powder form. Especially chose this product because it being Organic Turmeric and Standardized to 95% curcuminoids. Big Fan of ALL Garden of Life Products.
