Not Nearly as Disgusting as Other EAAs!
EAAs are historically nasty since several of the essential aminos standout more due to their bitterness making them harder to flavor. I've tried several brands previously over many years that were very hard to tolerate and some so bad I ended up pushing them on someone else who ended up throwing them away or I threw them away myself. I'm 58 and first string catcher on my men's baseball team - that's MLB full-size regulation ballfields. I don't use those sissy knee helpers and this year I am on 50's and 60's Division teams. For this one you have to add a lot of powder into a little bit of water so that it tastes somewhat like fruit punch. And after a day the drink tastes like you boiled a leather belt in water and drank it.

Our go too every time!
My wife and I both take this and we love it. Helps with recovery really well makes the soreness go away.Taste is a little bit gross but non these drinks are good tasting. Unless you by some other brand with junk in it you don't need. This one is loaded with all the good stuff.
