I've been taking these for years.... they provide me with the energy I need on a daily basis. I take one a day, with a meal... I break them In half, one half at breakfast and the other half at lunch...

The best energy from a multivitamin I've ever experienced!
I've been taking these for years. Usually only need 1 or 2 pills a day for the best energy throughout the day. 3 pills for a very long day like a Disney Park trip open to close or a 17 hours work shift. Yes I've done many of those on my feet working security at the casino where you aren't allowed to sit or even lean on a wall the entire shift. This vitamin is legit. Seeing the cry baby comments about taste and size is ridiculous. It's a great product. If you want to be at your best daily, this is the vitamin for that. Just be sure to eat something with it every time.

Don't waste your money
The ULTIMATE MAN GOLD multivitamin was terrible, in the words of my husband. He said after he takes them, he tastes a terrible aftertaste. They are very large tablets, so not as easy to take as a capsule. These are expensive and there are other men's vitamins that are much better. He didn't like anything about this vitamin. We threw the remainder away in the garbage.

Ultimate Vitamins for Men
Excellent Vitamins for Men. I have been taking them for years and they definitely give me a boost and help with digestion. One of the best Vitamins for men out there on the market. I wish that Vitamin Shoppe would make them also in gummies but with low to no sugar for future. I find gummies to be the best for taking vitamins and probiotics.

Great product. The pills are large, but as long as you're not 4 years old? you should be able to swallow them. I refuse to take any other vitamin!

You can feel these working.
I can feel the difference. I've taken multivitamins but not with ingredients that target male specific needs. My body doesn't feel like it's lacking in anything. My phenotype has certainly changed as my interaction with the world around me and communication with people feels more polished and relaxed even in high stress scenarios. Mind you I take other supplements as well, however switching from my last multivitamin to this one, the differences in how my body reacts to them are noticeable like they completed a formula that was missing something.

Downsides: They're big and they're not one per day, but most multivitamins are huge so they're comparatively sized, however you do need to take more than one. They are also pricey so it's understandable that some people may want to go with standard multivitamins which is perfectly fine too as long as they get the job done.

In my experience though I will be purchasing again as my body feels like a Koenigsegg with these multivitamins.

Best Answer:  As you noticed, the instructions don't specify. I usually take one with each meal except when I know I'm going to have fewer than 3 meals that day. Other than a very minor niacin rush if you take them all at once, it probably doesn't matter much since none of the nutrients flush out of your system very quickly.
