I am pleased with Ultimate Man Gold

Checks All The Boxes
I have used these vitamins for several years with good results. What I like most is that they cover essentially all the key areas of need in useful amounts. Additionally as a now senior man, they include useful amounts of calcium, recommended eye nutrients and digestion aids. Yes they are not the cheapest around but they check off pretty much all the key categories. Take advantage of the regular sales to save money.

Better Life
It's a very good vitamin. It is too strong for me so I am taking it slow. The first time I took two pill I had headaches for the whole day. I tried taking one pill per day and that worked better for me.

Better than any vitamin pak that contains more than 3 pills.

Zinc, digestive enzymes and prostate formula is all you need but this has plenty extra.

I've been using everyday for 6 months, missed two days and slept horribly. Magnesium here helps sleep better if taken before bedtime.

I was hesitant to purchase a multivitamin, especially since I am 18 years old- but I've never felt more active and energetic than I have while taking these. My overall mood is much better and I am a lot less stressed. I would recommend this to any male

I will not use any other brand after this one
I was using expensive brand because i have allergy's and food sensitive problem. Then I give it a try from the reviews, this was good experience, my nails, hair and over all health got better. I'm already on 2nd bottle.
