Best Answer:  If you go to the Vitamin Shoppe site and click on the picture of the Ultimate Man Multivitamin, the page will open and below the picture will be several tabs. Click on the "Suppplement Facts" tab and you will see a complete list of everything contained in this supplement. This feature on nearly all of the supplement in the VS is why I enjoy shopping here.

The magnesium is listed as magnesium oxide, is this not as effective as magnesium malate, citrate or glycinate for absorption?

Best Answer:  Depending on how you feel, you may just want to take (1) a day; however, taking (1) at two different times should work quite well.

I see that this product contains Green Tea Extract (50mg). Does this mean that there is caffeine in this multi-vitamin? If so, how much?

Best Answer:  Grant, this is a Vitamin Shoppe product. You should be able to contact them and get an answer. In trying to find an answer for you, I typed "How much caffeine in green tea extract" into the search bar. Got a lot of answers. I would suggest you do this and try to sort through to arrive at maybe what will be a consensus. I have glaucoma and I did have to stop all products will caffeine as it raised by eye pressure a few numbers. Joan

Best Answer:  Sadly, NO. It contains Animal (Bovine-derived) Magnesium Stearate. Think "steer", cow, bull...etc Most unfortunate, and cruel, that most supplements here use non-vegan, Vegetable-based Stearic Acid or Magnesium Stearate. Unless SPECIFIED DISTINCTLY.
