High quality product, easy to tolerate
I find the plant based omega 3 easier to tolerate than fish oil. The fish oil was giving me indigestion no matter when or how I took it. Plant based seems much better. My doctor was very impressed with the good amount of EPA and DHA it contains. The pills are larger than I would like though they are soft and malleable and easy to swallow. This version is more expensive but the subscription plan brings the price down. They definitely cut the delivery close, like I was within a day of running out.

Nordic Omegas Work for Me
Not sure why, but these taste best in comparison to all the other Nordic omegas I've taken. The dose is good. My eyes aren't as dry with Nordic omegas. For years I had just taken flax seed oil, but then tried Nordic plant based DHA. I like taking EPA with DHA. Their phospholipid and omega product is great as well but I may hone down to just this one if my eyes stay happy.

Great product - too expensive.
I was excited to find this product when searching for a plant-based omega supplement. Placing the order was easy, packaging and delivery were as expected. The softgels are easy to swallow. Unfortunately, the product is so much more expensive than traditional fish-based omegas that is is cost-prohibitive for daily use as I would like.It makes it hard to rate the product which is great - but not affordable.
