Take a single pack daily for 21 straight days. On training days, take it 30-45 minutes before lifting. On non-training days, take it prior to bed. For best results, "cycle" this product following a schedule of three weeks on and one week off. Best results if used by those who are 25 years or older. However, due to its ability to help modulate free test levels, it could benefit others as well.Consider "stacking" Animal Stak with either Animal Test or Animal M-Stak for even greater gains. I'm pleased with everything I've tried so far. I'm even more pleased with the customer service experience I had when I needed it. First class, second to none. Thank you all. I'm going to try and combine Stak with Test this next cycle. I just turned 45, and any edge I can utilize before going to synthetics is still worth trying in my mind. Not just returning to the gym after 2+ years away, but working 8-10 hours a day in construction takes a toll. So with every passing day, and every positive experience I'm working for, I'm continually UNLEASHING THE ANIMAL WITHIN!!!!!

Solid Results, Great Recovery

Solid product that delivers exactly what it promises. I'm 38 and hit the gym 5 days a week for body recomp, so having reliable hormone support and recovery is exactly what I needed. I stack this daily with Pak, Cuts, and Creatine, and my energy and strength in the gym have been incredibly consistent. Definitely worth the investment if you take your training seriously.

how many times did you lift a week while using this product? also can you drink pre workout and take this at the same time?

Best Answer: Lifting is a personal choice- based on goal, time available and much more. Personally I lifted 4 out of 7 days a week while on this. Drinking pre-workout isn’t too harmful while on this, but I would probably stick to a pump supplement (non caffeine) unless your willing to take high caffeine levels.

Best Answer: Shredding fat takes a caloric deficit. Depending what your current BF% is, you need to adjust your deficit. I will tell you that this product will help you with energy, strength, and muscle retention while cutting. It will also help when bulking. Your diet is key.
