Love these I take this everyday. My vitamin D level was severe at 8 now i got my test results back it's up at 27. I don't like taking pill but this chewable is good taste. Almost like a gummies snacks. I will continue taking these. It's sticks together but you can pull it out. Thank you mega food.

It was a struggle to break them apart. It's a big lump all stuck together. I store them with all my other vitamins and they're fine. So, I won't be ordering these again.

I like them but they
I like them but they are so sticky it's difficult to get them out of the bottle. I think I prefer the capsules. I love all of your products and. I feel they are absorped by my body better than other products I have tried. Thank you! Bonnie
