Vitamin E
To get good Vitamin E you have to pay the premium. Can't just buy any old kind or brand. It's has to have a solid name and reputation. It has to do the job it's suppose to do. It just can't sit around in your body and make friends with your fat cells. It has to pass the test when the doctor checks you health.

capsules too large for wife to swallow
These capsules are huge. My wife will not use them. Also, not clear explanation on original page when purchasing. The amount of E is not clear to see when shopping. Disappointing

It’s good but...
I minused 2 stars, simply because I’d rather this product have no soybean oil in it, or at the very least a non GMO soy bean oil. Alas, my limited Covid budget had other ideas.
