Did not work for me

I normally use only natural berberine, it was out of stock and this was on sale. I thought I would give it a shot after speaking with staff in the shop. Sadly it did not work for me. After 5 weeks my blood sugar is back up where it was and I feel awful. I really wanted it to work., availability is better and price when on sale. With all supplements not all work for everyone which was the case with me.

Berberine

This supplement has helped my blood sugars tremendously! One must also be diligent about watching what you eat as usual but by adding berberine 3x a day, have seen very good results. Am anxious to see my Drs reaction.

Berberine has helped lower my blood sugar to normal levels.

Serpentine 500 mg twice a day has lowered my blood sugars. It works for me! It has also worked for my husband.

I started out using this dosage am now using a different brand also sold at vs. I have pcos and it helps to keep my sugar levels balanced.

This just didn't work out for me

I don't know if it is necessarily the product but this stuff makes me feel sick when I take it. I get nauseated and gassy. I couldn't take it long enough to see if it would do anything. Admittedly though my stomach is sensitive to a lot of medications so this may be fine for others. Everyone is different.

Definitely again

Berberine 3x a day, with significant changes to my diet reversed my Type II diabetes. I highly recommend this, along with a ketogenic diet to not only drop the FBG and a1c, but to keep the numbers down permanently. My numbers were 119 blood glucose, and 6.2 for a1c. Taking this 2-3x a day, along with following a strict ketogenic diet dropped my blood sugar down to 94 and my a1c to 4.9. I was not needing insulin or metformin, and if you are Type 1 or 11, get a concrete diagnosis first, then work with a nutritionist for the ketogenic diet and use the berberine. It also seems to help with insulin resistance and neuropathy.

Dropped A1C numbers, raised HDL

Within 2 months of use 3 x day, my A1C numbers dropped from 6.7 to 5.2 and my HDL went from 47 to 62. It's summer and BBQ time with lots of food not the best for sugar or cholesterol but this seemed to help alot

Best Answer: Can you clarify your question? . . . not included in what? . . . this WellBetX only ingredient is Berberine hydrochloride, that's Berberine HCL. And it's listed as 500mg. Am I missing the rest of a conversation here?
