      It's a good tasting Protein Powder. A bottle with shaker ball require "a lot" of shaking for the Protein to become soluble. Overall Protein Synthesis remains to-be-seen!

      Cinnamon Cereal is amazing
      Just recently ordered Legions due to the high quality and variety of flavors. It blends very well in smoothies and with yogurt; tastes great and keeps me full. I also bought coconut cream which was a little lacking in taste but have recently found when using 1. 5 scoops the flavor comes out a little more

      Salted caramel review.
      Overall, I'm really impressed. I used it daily in my coffee. It's a great way for me to get protein in before starting my day taking care of my baby. I really liked there wasn't a gritty texture or weird aftertaste.

      I suppose the only thing I'm unhappy about is that I can't purchase more. I won the bag in a giveaway. I recently became a stay-at-home mom so spending funds are not what they used to be lol. Hopefully in a few years when I'm able to work again I'll be able to purchase more.
