HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING
If I could rate this bitter protein negative, I would. It does not matter what you mix it with, it is just bitter and hardly digestible. I want to throw this away but, since I bought it I won't waste it. I have to hold my nose just to not taste it and to be able to drink this. Never again with this flavor.

Great Macros, Terrible flavor (wasn't always the case)
Great macros but they changed the formula recently. There's about TWICE as much sodium as there used to be, way more ingredients and they REMOVED the cinnamon powder. Pretty disappointing as this was going to be my go-to protein. If they change the formula back I'd like to know!

Bodytech usually has really good whey isolate, but this is bad when compared to Ryse's competing flavor.
I purchased this because I wanted a whey isolate protein, as isolates sit better than other types and hit the system fast, which is critical for post-workout protein synthesis. The issue with this protein is that it has a strange chemical taste to it, and the cinnamon is very sharp, similar to what you'd get in a "hot cinnamon" chewing gum. Ryse's protein, which is excellent, isn't an isolate, which is why I wanted to try this. But the one-two punch of the chemical sweetener and red-hot cinnamon taste isn't a good combination.

Thate being said, Bodytech's Rich Chocolate isolate protein is hands down the best protein I've come across. So, they do know how to make a good protein. But I won't buy this flavor again.

If you love Cinnamon Toast Crunch, get this! With water it is pretty decent but still good but if you want the most out of this, use protein milk or low calorie milk and you got a protein cereal drink!

this flavor tastes pretty bad with just water. mixing it in with overnight oats makes it a bit more bearable but i wouldn't recommend getting this one

Used to be the best. Now disgusting.
This used to be the best protein powder - great macros and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor was perfect. It was the only protein powder I bought for the last 3 years.

However they changed the formula for some reason and it is disgusting now. Like undrinkable. Doesn't even have cinnamon flavor? Historic fumble.

Cinn Toast crunch Lovers
This product is always with me and I have been using it for 4 + years. If yore a lover of cinn toast crunch, this is the best alternative. I put it my oatmeal and sometimes even make it into a syrup type consistency for pancakes or waffles.
