I use this to make cold coffee for my midmorning snack/after workout drink. It smells like chocolate pudding. I mix it with organic unsweetened soymilk for an added protein boost add a scoop of instant coffee and a little hot cocoa mix (Yes, I should start cutting the hot cocoa)... blends effortlessly with a frother. I put it in the fridge, sometimes I half freeze it. Thank you.

Turns into clumpy brownie batter if you add milk. Have not tried making brownies with it though. Whisking into room temperature water and letting it sit for a few works though. Big problem is that it only comes with 25 servings for a 30-day autoship. The packaging has enough empty space for more than 5 additional servings, so this is just poor customer service.

High quality, but most importantly, delicious
I bought this originally because Momentous was recommended by so many podcasters I follow. Their commitment to quality sourced, transparent ingredients is important to me. What keeps me ordering it is that it tastes absolutely fantastic. It is the only powder I've ever enjoyed mixed with straight water, no add ins needed to make it palatable. I've ordered this 3+ times now and plan on always keeping on hand.
