Does its job but horrible taste
It works great alertness and workout endurance. Can't rate it higher cause I just can't get passed the taste. It's weird I like to enjoy my drink on the way to the gym because I mix it with other unflavored.

Not for the experienced
Not only is this too expensive but it is hands down the most overrated trash I've taken in my 15 years of using pre-workouts. I waited approximately 2 years to try this product, thinking I treat myself because there have been plenty of other great PWO's I've had under $40. Price purely reflects it's effective ability to market. Maybe if it had some Di- caffeine Malate it might get 4 stars. Wears off way too quick and leaves me hungry within 40miniutes of ingestion. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is for the pump. Save your money.

Great stuff
Overall, I believe it hits very well. I've been using this pre-workout for over a year now. Typically, I take it about 20 minutes prior to train and it feels great, doesn't disappoint. Totally recommended.

Taste yummy and is very affective
I've had this version of bucked up before, and have tried other pre's. this pre is perfect, and is great for high instense workouts. I've had 3 different flavors and this one is def the best as well as grape. But blue razz taste bad, and too chemically for me. This one is just right and doesnt make you wanna squirm in a circle. Overall I rate this version of bucked up a 9/10. Its nearly perfect for me personally.

Kre-Alkalyn EFX Creatine Monohydrate Powder - Blue Frost
Traditional creatine supplements have pH levels below 7, which immediately begin converting to creatinine — a useless waste product when mixed with a solution. (The lower the pH of the solution, the quicker the conversion.) Kre Alkalyn EFX, however, has a multi-patented pH range of 12-14, resulting in a buffered, stable creatine monohydrate. This means you only need 1.5-3 grams with no loading, no bloating, and no side effects! Creatine monohydrate is the single most studied sports supplement ever. It’s the top pre-workout and post-workout compound for athletes and bodybuilders who want to improve muscle mass, increase power, enhance performance, and accelerate muscle recovery. Kre Alkalyn EFX is 99.9% pure creatine monohydrate—science-backed, clinically tested, and safe for professional athletes looking for a legal edge! Kre Alkalyn EFX flavored and neutral powders easily mix in water or your favorite drink. We include a scoop that gives you a precise serving with no guessing. Just grab the bottle from your gym bag, scoop, mix, and get to work! Kre Alkalyn EFX was invented by Dr. Jeff Golini, the exclusive formulator of EFX Sports. He developed the patented manufacturing process that produces the only creatine monohydrate with a pH level of 12-14. No other creatine product can make that claim! EFX Sports is part of a very small, elite group of brands that actually make their products themselves. That’s why we can unquestionably guarantee Kre Alkalyn EFX always meets label claims and is 100% banned-substance free. When you use Kre Alkalyn by EFX Sports, you have the purest, most potent creatine product available anywhere!
