Calm ASAP Appropriately named
I have an autistic adult daughter who occasionally gets stuck in an increasing spin of angst and oppositional defiance. It is absolutely awful for everyone to bear. If I can get 3 of these in her, no matter what phase of it she is in, in about 10-15 minutes it is over. I take some, too! Everyone is different, but Yep! It works that well for us and have been using it for years. Can't run out!

Calm ASAP
First time trying these supplements. I took it about 30 minutes ago and I feel super calm lol.

I was prescribed two different kind of anxiety pills. I only tried them once but it gave me super bad side effects and I decided not take them ever! In my search for something more natural I saw this in IG and decided to try.

It works!
I take this when I have overwhelming anxiety and it helps within 30-60 minutes and drastically calms down the anxious feelings. I don't notice it makes me sleepy at all but that may be because of the anxiety as well.
