Effective for occasional insomnia & anxiety
I've found this compilation effective for when I struggle with insomnia. I don't use it nightly, bc my body seems to adjust to any med, or herbal prep fairly quickly, becoming less effective. I also like to take one or two caps for times when I feel uneasy & anxious.

I like this company & their products for organic, healthier ways to address certain health concerns; coming alongside traditional medicine & staying vigilant for safety. I appreciate that the company monitors their products & is open to third party scrutiny.

Super glue! Helped me when I was becoming unglued. I was having great anxiety over a serious health problem (husband's lung cancer and surgery). It helped me to take it a day at a time. I only needed one capsule a day.
I kept on taking it after the major turmoil settled down. It has been a couple of years now. I find it keeps me calmer overall. It's a very good herb combination. Really happy to have found it.

Calm ASAP Appropriately named
I have an autistic adult daughter who occasionally gets stuck in an increasing spin of angst and oppositional defiance. It is absolutely awful for everyone to bear. If I can get 3 of these in her, no matter what phase of it she is in, in about 10-15 minutes it is over. I take some, too! Everyone is different, but Yep! It works that well for us and have been using it for years. Can't run out!
