As far as loose stools, it is important to let your body be the judge of how much you should take. Best Answer:  Personally, I use warm water. If you mix it with cold water it tastes fiizzy but it doesn't seem to work as well. It mixes better and bubbles less when warm water is used. I also find it is importantt to add calm to the water rather than vice versa. If hot water is poured over the calm, it will bubble a lot and spill over the top of the glass.

Best Answer:  From my knowledge, it can be taken at any time. I actually take it at night, because it promotes "calm" and can help you get a good night's sleep. The one thing to be careful of is the amount that you take. The instructions say that you should start with a small amount and work up.

Best Answer:  Maybe you're not reacting to the magnesium, but perhaps to the Stevia (sweetener) - I found an advefse response when I used Stevia in other warm drinks - and that was after I had used it for many many years...so is could be you have developed a sensitivity to Stevia. Purchase the Calm without the flavoring and/or the sweetener - just the magnesium and/or calcium combo and sweeten if with honey if you need to - just try it by itself and see if that is the problem.

Best Answer:  Start SLOWLY! And work up gradually. For my son, a little goes a long way. I'd start with a teaspoon and go from there. Seriously, slow and steady is the ticket.
